The Role

As a German-speaking IT Supporter, you will become part of the technical support team in Kolding. Your primary responsibility will be to support German customers while also assisting international clients.

The role combines technical troubleshooting, customer support and solution configuration, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both technology and customer interaction.

You will work closely with colleagues across the organisation and have the opportunity to continuously expand your technical knowledge and responsibilities.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering 1st and 2nd level technical support for business-critical systems.
  • Providing daily support and technical guidance to German and international customers.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues remotely and occasionally on-site.
  • Configuring and deploying customer-specific solutions.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of internal processes and technical solutions.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges while delivering excellent customer experience.

Ideally, you:

  • Have recently completed an IT education or have a few years of experience within IT support.
  • Have a technical background, preferably with knowledge of networking.
  • Speak and write German fluently, as you will support customers in the German market.
  • Communicate confidently in English, which is also used as a daily working language.
  • Are structured, service-minded and motivated by helping customers solve technical issues.
  • Take ownership of your tasks and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.
