Headhunter & Managing Partner

Jesper is the owner of Recruit IT. He has more than twenty years of experience in the IT industry with and has worked with companies such as Activator Group and People IT. His passion and interest for IT headhunting, led him to establish Recruit IT in 2012. Today the company employs 17 colleagues.

MIA GRODT

Headhunter & Partner

Mia has an extensive experience as a Consultant and Project Manager at large national IT projects in the healthcare sector. Mia has a Master’s degree in Quality and Management from the University of Southern Denmark and has been responsible for HR and recruitment at the software company Hesehus. As an ambitious HR and recruitment enthusiast, particularly in the field of search and selection within the IT industry, Mia has been a Consultant and Partner at Recruit IT since 2016.

LARS BRIAN NIELSEN

Headhunter & Partner

Lars has more than 17 years of experience from the IT industry, where he has worked with sales, development, and IT management. Lars is passionate about providing his clients and candidates with the best recruitment process with great emphasis on delivering quality and value to his clients. According to him is recruiting IT specialists equally about understanding the client’s needs and hard work. Since 2015, Lars has been Partner and Headhunter at Recruit IT.

Claus Porse

Headhunter & Partner

Claus has more than thirty years of experience in the IT industry, working as a developer, project manager and executive. Before Claus became a Partner at Recruit IT, he had leading commercial roles in companies such as Microsoft and SAP. From 2005-2007, Claus was Partner in Lisberg Executive Search, and from 2007-2011 he was Managing Partner with People IT. Since 2016, Claus has been Headhunter & Partner in Recruit IT.

PETER KIRKEBYE

Headhunter & Partner

Peter has 20 years of experience in the IT industry and has worked for companies such as IBM Svenska and ORACLE Denmark in leading commercial roles. Peter was also the CEO and co-founder of the Swedish webshop Lucky Little Me AB, which was sold to Boozt.com. Peter is a Danish/Swedish citizen and is specialized in the Øresund Region and the Swedish market. Peter has been Partner and Headhunter at Recruit IT since 2020.

JOHNI PIHL PETERSEN

Headhunter & Partner

Johni has been at Recruit IT since 2016. He has a background in commercial and technical leadership roles and has contributed to the development of infrastructure for various Danish and foreign telecommunication and IT companies. With more than 20 years of experience in project, sales, and management in various technical environments, Johni previously held a position as Sales Director in an IT company. In 2018, Johni completed his MBA degree at the University of Southern Denmark.

CECILIE ROSENLUND

Consultant

Cecilie completed her master’s degree in Cand. Negot in Human Resource Management in 2016. From an early stage, Cecilie early discovered her passion for recruitment and finds joy in matching companies with the perfect candidate. In 2017, she began her career as a researcher at Recruit IT and has since then progressed to the position of consultant.

KIA HELLEGAARD ANDERSEN

Search & Project Manager

Kia’s role at Recruit IT involves achieving a higher level of harmony by matching the right candidate with our clients, but also ensuring that it is the perfect company for the candidate. With a Bachelor’s degree in Negot from the University of Southern Denmark, she discovered how much she likes to work with various tasks and how important coordination and overview is.

BRIAN RØNNEMOSS

Headhunter & Partner

Brian possesses a theoretical background in HD(A), which is an Academy degree in Project Management, and has also an Executive MBA from Henley Business School (UK), providing him with a strong foundation to advise and guide Recruit IT’s clients. With more than 20 years of experience with leadership and management consulting, Brian joined Recruit IT as a Headhunter and Partner in August 2021.

MARIANNE RISHEDE

Marianne has more than 15 years of experience in personnel selection within the recruitment industry, which gives her a solid foundation for finding the right match for companies but also the candidates. With a perseverance approach, she does not give up until she has found the perfect match between the candidate and company. Marianne strives to provide everyone with the best and most professional treatment through competent dialogue and aligning expectations.  

KATHRINE BAHNSEN

Researcher

Kathrine is currently studying for her Master’s degree in Human Resource Management at Aarhus University, where she gains knowledge in areas such as HR management, recruitment, leadership, and competence development. With previous experience in recruitment and talent development, Kathrine has a strong passion for motivating people and helping them to explore their potential in the labor market, and she has a fundamental curiosity for the IT industry.

SOFIE MADSEN

Researcher

Sofie is a student assistant at Recruit IT, who is currently studying for her Master’s degree in Educational Science at Aarshus University. Through her studies, she gains knowledge in areas such as HR management, recruitment, leadership, and competence development. Sofie has experience in teaching and working with people, where planning and organization are essential. She has a genuine curiosity in individuals and what is the key to motivation.

MAJ MARIE LARSEN

Search & Project Manager

Maj has prior experience with recruitment and talent development of academics. With a background in communication, she efficiently communicates across different media and platforms. Maj always strives to ensure the quality in her work, by utilizing a specific search strategy that will ensure a strong pool of candidates that meet the client’s requirements.

JOY NIELSEN

Search & Project Manager

In the summer of 2021, Joy completed her Master of Science degree in Sports Science and Health, bringing a diverse perspective to the office by not possessing a typical recruitment profile. With her background in humanities, she has a curiosity about people’s motivation and how to optimize individuals’ opportunities. This provides a solid foundation for building good relationships with candidates and ensuring that they find the right job.

KASPER MØLDRUP

Key Accountant Manager & Recruiter

Kasper has a theoretical background in International Business Communication from the University of Southern Denmark. He began his career in Copenhagen with a focus on recruiting IT specialists and has since expanded his recruitment expertise to include management consulting, life science, and finance. Kasper seeks to be a trusted service provider and sparring partner for his clients, which often results in long-term collaborations based on mutual trust.

GITTE LUNDGAARD

Consultant

Gitte has 14 years of experience in HR and recruitment and has worked with various industries and organizations such as Systematic, Tivoli, DR, and Dansk Flygtningehjælp. The last couple of years, Gitte has worked as a freelancer and headhunter in consulting and headhunting industries. Her collaboration with Recruit IT began in 2021.

NICOLAS THORNFELDT

Marketing og Kommunikation

Nicolas læser Cand.Negot – Global Marketing Management på SDU. På uddannelsen tilegner Nicolas sig viden indenfor marketing, business development, ledelse og sprog. Nicolas har god erfaring med at skabe kontakt og holde et godt overblik fra sine tidligere ansættelser som bl.a. mødebooker og tjener, hvor særligt overblik og koordination var nøglekompetencer, og kompetencer Nicolas har taget med videre til Recruit IT.

SØS ELISABETH SYBERG VERHOEF

Researcher

Søs is currently studying for a Bachelor’s degree in BA.Negot, where subjects such as communication, leadership and languages have caught her attention. In her previous jobs, she has had a strong focus on creating great costumer experiences in various industries, which includes retail, hospitality, and travel. Her diverse range of experiences has made her curious to try new things and challenge herself. She strongly believes in her ability to overcome any challenges that she meets.
