Summer is underway; some have already gone on vacation, and many more will follow in the coming weeks. July, in particular, is characterized by holidays and a slowdown in activities. However, we have experienced a significant increase in the positions we need to fill. We have received several assignments in both June and the early days of July, and we are working diligently to meet these demands.
The assignments are heavily influenced by themes such as IT security, AI, and digitalization—three areas that are increasingly infiltrating all aspects of our work life and various roles within companies.
It is noteworthy that these elements have become almost unavoidable in the positions we are working to fill. Regardless of the industry or company profile, the topics of security, AI, and digitalization have emerged as central factors in modern business; they not only shape the future of the organizations we partner with but also define the skills and qualifications we seek in candidates.
We look forward to continuing to meet this growing demand and ensuring that our clients have access to the most qualified and relevant profiles.
